These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rebound Halo website, online store, products, content, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By visiting the website, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. STORE OPERATOR
The Services are operated by Rebound Halo and powered by Shopify.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

We attempt to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, specifications, prices, and availability accurately.
Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, screens, manufacturing variations, packaging changes, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that every description, image, price, or other piece of content is error-free.
We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.
4. PRODUCT USE AND RESULTS
Rebound Halo products are intended for personal cosmetic and wellness use according to the supplied instructions.
Individual experiences and results vary.
Results may depend on factors including skin condition, age, health, consistency, product use, lifestyle, and other individual circumstances.
No specific result, timeframe, lift, tightening effect, or cosmetic outcome is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Products and website content are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you:
• Have a medical condition
• Are pregnant or nursing
• Use photosensitizing medication
• Have unusual skin sensitivity
• Have concerns about whether the product is appropriate for you
Stop using the product and seek appropriate advice if you experience a concerning reaction.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
We may accept, decline, hold, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
• Product availability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Resale activity
• Shipping restrictions
• Policy abuse
• Verification requirements
An order is not guaranteed until accepted and processed.
We may limit quantities purchased by one person, household, payment method, account, or address.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other fees may apply.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout.
The billing descriptor may display Rebound Halo, the store domain, Shopify, or an authorized payment provider.
Installment-payment options are provided by third-party payment providers and remain subject to their approval and terms.
7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts, gifts, bonuses, shipping offers, and promotional pricing are subject to their displayed terms.
Unless expressly allowed:
• Discounts cannot be combined
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions have no cash value
• Promotional gifts require the qualifying purchase
• Promotional gifts must be returned if the qualifying product is returned
• We may limit promotions by customer, household, account, address, or payment method
We may correct or cancel promotions affected by errors, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized duplication.
8. SHIPPING
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy published through the Services.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Responsibility for a shipment may transfer as permitted by applicable law after valid delivery to the address supplied at checkout.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, cancellations, bundle components, promotional gifts, and the 60-Day Try-It-At-Home Guarantee are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
The guarantee does not authorize customers to retain products, components, gifts, or bonuses after receiving a refund.
10. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, policy violations, or security concerns.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not:
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or extract content without authorization
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Submit false reviews, claims, disputes, or information

• Purchase products for unauthorized resale

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, text, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Rebound Halo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, modified, or exploited without written permission.
13. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
• You have the right to submit it
• It is truthful
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful or misleading
You grant Rebound Halo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may contain tools, links, integrations, payment options, or content provided by third parties.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Rebound Halo is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
15. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, promotion errors, or availability errors at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without notice where permitted by law.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except where expressly stated or legally required, the Services and products are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebound Halo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebound Halo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Rebound Halo’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that product or order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or other legally protected claims.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Rebound Halo harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Fraudulent activity associated with your account
• Content you submit
19. PAYMENT DISPUTES
Contact hello@reboundhalo.com before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a payment dispute is filed, we may provide relevant transaction, checkout, fraud-screening, delivery, communication, return, and policy records to the payment provider.
20. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of:
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Security threats
• Unlawful activity
• Policy violations
• Non-payment
• Interference with the Services
Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The invalid provision will be limited or modified only as necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
22. NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies displayed through the Services, form the agreement between you and Rebound Halo concerning the Services.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the Province of Saskatchewan, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.
Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
